MICAH (Markham Inter-Church Committee for Affordable Housing) is an affiliation of Churches in Markham, Unionville and Thornhill. We create non-profit residential rental accommodations in the City of Markham, exclusively for people of low or modest income.

MICAH Housing Projects

Since 1998, MICAH has planned, developed and built four major affordable housing projects in the Markham area. We also fully manage our most recent building, 'Larry Tod Place'. We are currently in the planning phase of our next eco-friendly development which will have a mix class of 120 units.
