Our tenants

MICAH tenants are a broad group of seniors, families and individuals from all walks of life. Our community is an inclusive, mixed residence that reflects the surrounding community. Our buildings are a a welcoming place for everyone.

Our Churches

MICAH is an affiliation of churches in Markham, members of which believe we are called to live the Gospel ideal by providing affordable rental housing for lower income residents. Member churches support MICAH through initiatives to raise start-up funds and by serving on boards.

Our Partners

MICAH partners with a broad network of local churches, community groups, social service agencies, municipal and regional governments, non-profit housing providers, and private sector allies. Together, they mobilize resources, expertise, and advocacy to create safe, sustainable housing solutions for vulnerable residents.
