Opened in 2020, Larry Tod Place reflects MICAH’s continued commitment to creating safe, affordable, and welcoming homes for those most in need. This thoughtfully designed residence provides 32 one-bedroom apartments tailored for seniors, including six accessible, barrier-free units that ensure comfort and independence for residents with disabilities.
Each apartment is designed for one or two occupants, offering between 510 and 610 square feet of well-planned living space. Homes are bright, efficient, and comfortable, giving seniors the security and dignity they deserve. In addition, two apartments are dedicated to 360°kids, extending MICAH’s mission of community support to vulnerable young people in transition.
Larry Tod Place is more than housing — it is a safe, inclusive community where older adults can thrive, connect, and feel at home. By blending accessibility, affordability, and care, MICAH has created a residence that honours seniors while extending compassion to the next generation.
