“I’m truly grateful to be living at Larry Tod Place. In 2020, I was facing a very difficult time after receiving an eviction notice from my previous landlord, who was planning to demolish the building to make way for a new condo. I was desperate and uncertain about my future. Thankfully, I was offered a unit at Larry Tod Place and moved in on January 1^st, 2021.

Since then, it has been a blessing. This building is incredibly quiet and peaceful! Something I deeply value. I feel safe, respected, and part of a community. The staff and management are always helpful, and the environment is clean and well maintained. It’s comforting to know that this a place that I can truly call home.
