Creating affordable housing

MICAH is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization rooted in faith-based community action. We’ve created 328 homes so far, housing over 6,000 people in Markham.

Our next project will deliver an additional 161 affordable rental homes for seniors, families, and individuals—because everyone deserves a safe, stable place to live.

MICAH is committed to creating eco-friendly housing units based on our eight core elements of our ECOsystems footprint.
